Remove Plastic caps on digital optical (S/PDIF) cable

Our digital optical cables will come with small, protective caps on the male (plug) ends. Here's a picture showing what they look like:

These caps need to be removed before the cable will "seat" properly in a S/PDIF or digital optical jack.
