How to lock a volume setting in AudioStation's mixer component 
There is no way to permanently "lock" a volume setting in AudioStation.  

If the sound card volume levels are not high enough when Windows starts, 
check with the sound card manufacturer about how to change the default 
values (usually in a driver or .INI file.)
