Error: "Setup.lid Cannot find Program Languages" 
This message indicates that the file download is incomplete. 

Check the size of the file you downloaded ("as32.exe").  
It should be a little under 10 MB. (9,927 KB) 

Try downloading AudioStation 32 again.
