Q. "When I insert CDs, even though I have AS32 as my default CD player,
    nothing happens."

A. For AS32 to open and play CDs when they are inserted, *both* of the 2 
   options below must be selected:

1. Right click on My Computer and select "Properties".  Click on the Device
   Manager tab and then double-click on the "CD-ROM" category.  Double-click 
   on your CD-ROM drive and click on the Settings tab.  Make sure that "Auto 
   insert notification" is checked.

2. Open AS32. Right click on the CD component and select "Properties".  Make
   sure that "Autoplay CD on startup of AS32 and when new disc inserted" is
   checked.
