The AudioTron supports the highest bit rate that the MP3 Spec supports. 
At the time of this writing, this rate is at: 320 kbps. As a reference, 
the average human ear should be 'satisfied' with the 160 Kbit rate. 

320 kbps provides excellent quality (especially through the S/PDIF out) 
although some people with 'dog ears' claim that they can hear the difference,
so they need lossless formats...

Incidentally, the AudioTron also supports VBR (Variable Bit Rate) which 
often 'hits' higher than the highest MP3 rate of 320 kbps. 


WMA:
----
The highest Bit Rate supported for WMA format is 192 kbps at the 44.1 kHz 
Sampling Rate.
