NOTE: This version may reset your unit to factory defaults. Please insure
you have written any information down for entry after the flash update
is completed.
To install the new version,
1) Download and unzip the file with the new Firmware.
2) Place atron****.nb0 in the audio directory of your share. (where **** is
the version number of the new firmware.)
3) Power Off the AudioTron from the power switch on the rear of the unit.
4) Wait several seconds.
5) Turn On the rear switch.
6) Turn On the front switch.
7) Wait until it initializes.
8) Push the Options button on the front of the AT.
9) Select "UPDATE FLASH" and press the knob.
10) After the update process is complete, Power off the AudioTron from
the power switch on the rear of the unit
11) Wait several seconds, and Power On the unit.
* If you're using a TOC file for the share to which you unzip the new .nb0
file, the AT will not find the new firmware. Either move the new firmware
to a share without a TOC, or temporarily rename the TOC file to a
different extension.
* If you have an "atrontc.vtc" in your SHARE directory, temporarily rename
the extension to a different one or delete the file.
* If you need to flash back to a previous version, rename the previous
firmware nk.nb0 (that's zero).

UNREGISTERED UPGRADE ERROR
This error occurs if you accidentally downloaded and flashed the wrong version
of the firmware. To flash to the correct version:
1) Download the 3.1.2 firmware, and unzip the contents in your music folder.
2) Rename the atron30102.nb0 file to "nk.nb0" (that's a zero at the end).
3) Check the IP address of your AudioTron by going to OPTIONS->Network
History from the front panel.
4) From a PC on the same network, type into a browser
"http:///firmware.asp
5) Search for new Firmware from the page above
IMPORTANT:
- THIS MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO SEARCH
- DO NOT PRESS THE STOP BUTTON DURING THE SEARCH FOR NEW FIRMWARE
6) After the search is complete, click the BACK button in your broswer.
7) Although the firmware version will not be displayed, press the UPDATE
FIRMWARE button.
8) After the Firmware Update is complete, power off your AudioTron, then
power it back on again.
9) You will see a message on the front panel "All Functionality Disabled -
Use Webpage to Reenable" Ignore this message for now.
10) After booting - reset the unit by selecting Options -> RESET FACTORY
DEFAULTS from the front panel.
11) Power off your AudioTron, then power it back on again.
12) Rename the nk.nb0 file back to atron30102.nbo
13) Reinput any custom settings - TurtleRadio ID, share configuration, etc...

Version 1.1 adds several new features and fixes numerous bugs.
