The following applies to the Retail Product only, for the original owner and 
not for OEM, Second Hand, eBay, Auction, Clearance Markdown, Flea Market, 
Garage / Yard Sales, etc. You CANNOT re-register a second hand product.

Please NOTE that the Gateway branded AudioTron as well as a good number 
of *Clearance* items by Best Buy did NOT include any CD with any Software.
Of course the *Prototypes* only came with a Power Cord and nothing else 
since they were *NOT FOR SALE*.

Your own *unique* Product ID is important and will be required in order to: 
    * Install the software 
    * Receive Technical Support
    * Issue an RMA for defective Hardware (Serial Number at the back of the 
      unit is absolutely necessary) 
    * Qualify for Updates, Upgrades and Specials when offered to Registered
      users 

Your Product ID / Serial Number is located on a sticker on the paper sleeve
of your Applications CD-ROM. 

The Serial Number for the AudioTron unit is found in the back of the chassis.

We strongly recommend that you Register your product to protect your 
investment and enable us to retrieve your own *unique* Product ID number 
should you ever lose it. New Product IDs cannot be generated so please keep 
it in a safe place for future reference.

Product IDs are unique per Customer and *cannot* be shared with other users.
All VTB Software is protected under US Copyright Laws and International Treaty
Provisions.  Using an *illegal* non-licensed Product ID - Software that was 
not purchased from an Authorized Dealer - constitutes copyright law
infringement and is punishable. We reserve the right to refuse Registrations 
that have violated this agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the software, or any portion 
of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be 
prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.  

The purchase price for the Software grants the original OWNER a 
non-transferable License to use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
You may make copies of the Software solely for archival purposes. Additional
copies must be purchased for use in additional computers.
