We're very gratified that so many of you have been enjoying our TurtleRadio
service. Even after the AudioTron was discontinued (about four years ago) --
which means that its software licenses could no longer be activated, and
support became limited to written documents on our online Knowledge Base --
we have kept TurtleRadio alive for our customers, free of any subscription
or other charges.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. TurtleRadio is a fairly
resource-intensive enterprise, that does require maintenance and updating.
For those of you who are both computer/networking experts and true, die-hard
TurtleRadio fans, we are offering a workaround, which will use a PC as your
own gateway from Internet Radio stations to the AudioTron(s) on your home
network. While there are detailed, written instructions for setting this up,
we need to advise you that this is the extent of our support for AudioTron.
In other words, the full extent of our support from now on for the AudioTron
TurtleRadio is the written instructions and documentation at this link:
http://support.turtlebeach.com/site/kb_ftp/114314465.asp
titled:
"TurtleRadio - 3 Enabling local file access of TurtleRadio:"
***
You may also visit the following link compliments of an AudioTron aficionado:
http://www.jon00.me.uk/TurtleRadioIntro.shtml
This then gives you access to an on-line TurtleRadio editor. Since it is not
easy to modify the XML style file, this makes the process much easier by
automatically sorting the listings and providing a compliant file to download.
The service is free and you can easily upload your existing file for
modification provided the server is on-line.

All AudioTron related services, including the TurtleRadio feature are no
longer available, as the Servers that used to host them have been shut down.
We thank you once again for your loyal support, and we wish you many years
of happy listening to your digital music!
