"When I go to the Track Properties window, I don't see any defined shortcut
keys (underscored letters)."
A.

In Win 2k and XP, any ALT shortcut keys (underscored letters) are
disabled from view by default. These will not be seen in any program
until the ALT key is pressed; these can be displayed at all times if the
option to hide them is disabled in Windows.
To disable automatic hiding of ALT shortcut keys in Win 2k do the following:
1. Right-click on the Desktop and select Properties.
2. Click on the Effects tab.
3. Uncheck the box labeled "Hide keyboard navigation indicators until I use
the ALT key", then click OK.
To disable automatic hiding of ALT shortcut keys in Win XP do the following:
1. Right-click on the Desktop and select Properties.
2. Click on the Appearance tab, then click the Effects button.
3. Uncheck the box labeled "Hide underlined letters for keyboard shortcuts
until I press the ALT key", then click OK.
4. Click OK on the Display Properties dialog box to complete the changes.
