Error: "AudioStation has caused an error in MUSICLIB.DLL"
If you receive this error, an error referring to a "corrupt database" or if
the program is hanging while trying to load Playlists, then the database may
have become corrupted. You will need to delete the database and then open
AudioStation and rescan your music from: Files / Search For Music Files.
In Windows 9x open Windows Explorer and set it to Show All Hidden Files and
Folders from Tools > Folder Options > View. Now go to C:\Windows\Application
Data\Voyetra\AudioStation\database. Delete the contents of the database
folder (not the folder itself).
In Windows 2000/XP the path would be C:\Documents and Settings\your
username\Application Data\Voyetra\AudioStation\database. Delete the
contents of the database folder (not the folder itself).
Now rescan your music from: Files / Search For Music Files.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
* Please make sure that the AudioStation program is not running,
otherwise it will not allow you to delete the files.
* Deleting the library also deletes all the playlists you have created
so make sure that you backup the playlist directory before deleting
the library.
