Editing
Editing two waveforms (Left > Right) separately?
Q: I would like to know how to edit the two waveforms separately.

A: You cannot edit the Left and Right channels separately in AudioSurgeon.
They can only be edited as a pair. Editing channels individually is a
feature that is typically found in much higher end audio editing software.

Editing Secured Copyright protected files:
Q: I download from MusicNow.com and of course pay for the songs I select.
    Can I edit these files?

A: Those WMA files are most likely copyright protected. On MusicNow's terms
and conditions they specifically say that their content (their songs that
you purchase from them) cannot be modified (which means edited in audio
editing software). This is pretty much the standard with WMA files that
you purchase. They're copyright protected so they can't be illegally
edited and distributed. You may wish to contact MusicNow to ask them for
sure if they're 'secured' WMA files. If they are, you won't be able to
    edit them.

Editing / Deleting / Processing takes a long time:
Record Producer "Advanced Audio Editor" specific:
Q: I am trying to figure out how to delete spaces in Audio Editor after I
have mixed down. Right now I have a track that I need to remove empty
spaces and when I do, it takes forever for the program to clear the
space. Is there someway to have just one (mono) track instead of stereo
in the Advance Audio Editor section of the program. The track is almost
2 hrs any suggestions will be appreciated.

A: Once you send your mixdown to the Advanced Audio Editor, it will always
be a stereo track. That's the way it should be, especially if you're
planning on burning it etc. You can do a File > Save as and change it
to a mono recording but you're kind of defeating the purpose of a stereo
    wave file.

The issue here is that you're working with a 2 hour long recording and
    obviously any editing is going to take V E R Y L O N G. You can break
up the recording into shorter segments.
