Q:  i just purchased your program. i installed it on my computer and when i 
    tried to burn a cd it said no recordable device recognized. my cd-r is a 
    24x10x40 installed in drive e. I can put cd in drive e and they play. 
    please help. i do not know the brand of my cd-r as there are no names on 
    the front of it.


A:  You would need to find out the exact make and model # of your CDR drive. 
    Your Windows Device Manager holds info about your system's CDR drive.    
    You may need to contact your computer manufacturer for this information.

    If your CDR drive is not on the following list, you will not be able to 
    burn CDs using this program.
