AudioStation 6 - FAQs

All files and documentation are offered on an *AS IS* basis and you assume full responsibility for using them.
Digital music files - How do I manage them on my computer?
A digital jukebox program, like Voyetra's AudioStation, makes it easy to
organize your music library. For example, you can put a CD into your CD-ROM
drive and AudioStation will use your Internet connection to download the track
names, artist and album title for that CD.

Once all of your CDs have been transformed into digital format, you can
choose songs by Artist and choose your favorite classical composer, like Bach.
You can now choose from every Bach piece you own, instead of sifting through
CDs to find that one version of that one minuet by that one quartet. Every
Bach piece you own is instantly displayed, ready for playing. Imagine trying
to handle this much music with a traditional CD collection and stereo system!

You can also find songs by album. For example, you can search on the name of
a Billy Joel album, and all of that album's songs are displayed. If you know
the name of a song but forget who sang it, go to Title and scroll quickly
through until you find the song. You will not only find the Artist, but the
Album name, track number and length of the song!

Custom playlists can also be made, including any songs from your collection
that you want. A classical playlist can be made for relaxing, another playlist
can be created with your favorite dance songs for a party, etc.
