You can listen to Internet Streaming Audio using AudioStation and the 
TurtleRadio web site.

                          TurtleRadio Web Site

The TurtleRadio web site, located at www.TurtleRadio.com, lists hundreds of
Internet broadcasts compatible with AudioStation.  AudioStation can play
Internet radio broadcast in streaming Windows Media (WMA) and MP3 formats,
including SHOUTcast, IceCast and Nanocaster. 

AudioStation is not compatible with Internet radio broadcast in RealAudio(R)
formats.

In order to enjoy these broadcasts with AudioStation, you must first register
at www.TurtleRadio.com to obtain a TurtleRadio Player ID which is entered into
the AudioStation Options à Preferences à TurtleRadio tab  

The Player ID lets AudioStation access your custom station lists at the
TurtleRadio site so it can receive the streaming audio broadcasts from the
Internet stations.  Once AudioStation is configured for Internet radio, it
downloads the station list you've created at the TurtleRadio web site so that
the categories and stations are entered into the TurtleRadio tab. 

You can edit station names and categories from within AudioStation and send
your changes to the TurtleRadio site, so you do not have to revisit the site
in order to modify your station lists.

It is recommended that you use the Internet radio feature with a broadband
Internet connection, such as DSL or a cable modem.  Although Internet radio
will work with a standard phone line modem connection (i.e.  a 'dial up'
connection), this type of connection provides a typical baud rate of only
33Kb, which is not adequate for providing a consistent and reliable stream of
data for Internet streaming audio.


                          Playing Internet radio
                          ----------------------
The Internet radio feature is accessed from the Library Menu Tree under the
TurtleRadio folder.  Clicking on the TurtleRadio folder lists the categories
you've configured in the custom station list at the TurtleRadio web site. 
Clicking on a category lists the stations in the Playlist pane, along with
their source URL. 

Just choose the station you want to hear and press play!
