Q.  I have problems when playing back certain .ASX files


A.  Sometimes this happens because the Windows Media Video 8 codecs are not
    installed on the system.

    This should only occur with operating systems previous to Windows 2000. 

    To fix, go to the following link:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp

    ...and select "Codecs Download Package" and install.


NOTE: 
   This is in regards to certain 'new' ASX files which use the Video/Audio 8
   Codec.  This applies to ME/2K.
