Default Player? 
Q:  I often get the following error message: "AudioStation is now being 
    restored as the default player for files with the following extension(s) 
    .avi. How can I get AudioStation to permanently become the default player?


A:  You're receiving this message because there is another media application 
    (Winamp, Music Match Jukebox, Real Audio etc.) that is trying to take over
    certain file associations. 

    In these days of overwhelming intrusion, you may be just browsing and 
    before you know it, an application has installed itself and taken over 
    some file associations.  

    We couldn't tell you which application it is. Only you would know. You'll
    want to configure your other media application not to be the default 
    player for applications if you only want AudioStation 6 to be the default
    player.
