There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding Electronic On-line purchases 
of Downloads. Some people think that they purchase the Download itself which 
is incorrect. Since Technology is no longer returnable, Downloads for all 
products are available FREE OF CHARGE so that people may try a program in
their own System, before committing to a purchase.
 
What you purchase instead, is the "Product ID" / "Serial Number" or "Key" 
to *Unlock* a program from the Demo mode to its full features. The "Product
ID" includes ONE License for the program to be used in ONE system, as well 
as Royalties and other fees. The price of the product does NOT include a hard
copy on a CD-ROM. Customers are responsible for backing up their electronic 
purchases for safekeeping. 

If you need to Upgrade your system, please make sure that the version 
previously installed in a different System is Uninstalled, as no two Systems
can use the same License / Product ID. Copyright Laws allow you to Activate
/ Register your program using a different machine a limited number of times, 
so please do not 'waste' your Registration frivolously.  If you Max-out your
Registration times, you would need to purchase a new License.
