A:  "MIDI Orchestrator Plus" (as the name implies) does not have the ability 
    to deal with Audio / WAV. You should be looking at upgrading to "Record 
    Producer Deluxe". It will let you record your MIDI as audio and then burn
    it onto a music CD for playback in a regular CD player:
