Q:  How do you record the Metronome?

A:  The metronome is a reference tool to assist you in time keeping and
    there's no way to record it. You can draw it in yourself in the Piano 
    roll though.

Q:  How do I change the tempo if it is too fast?

A:  You can change the metronome tempo using the Tempo tool on the toolbar 
    (looks like a little metronome).
