If you ever get this message, the latest version of this file 1.70 is
available on our FTP Download Files Area under this product. The filename is: 
       vctl.zip
After extracting it, please make sure you only have one copy of Vctl.dll on 
your hard drive. Applications will not run with multiple copies of Vctl.dll.
Keep the latest version in your c:\Windows\System folder.
