MIDI notes bunch up in one measure. 
If this ever happens, here's how you can correct it:

1) In the WINDOWS directory, open the "orchplus.ini" file with Notepad or 
   similar editor

2) Under [OPTIONS] add (or modify) the line so that it reads:
   UseMIDITimeStamps=0
