In some systems, depending on the number and types of fonts installed, the
program may display and print the incorrect font for the author and copyright
information in the Transcription window.  The font that usually gets called up
in the place of Times New Roman is Webdings.  It will appear as shown below:



The solution to this is to close all applications, delete the Webdings font
from the Fonts control panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Fonts), and
reboot the system.  When this font is no longer present, the program will 
find, display and print the correct font:
