This usually happens when a user 'tweaks' some settings and does not know how 
to reset them.

If you experience erratic behavior with the program, before you un-install 
and re-install, please try the following:

-  Go to Start - > Find - > File or Folders (Search in XP)

-  Do a search for orchplus.ini (it should find it in the Windows folder).

-  Click on it once to highlight it then hit the 'Delete' key on your 
   computer keyboard to delete it.

-  Then reopen the program and see if you still have the same problem.
