MIDI - why does the MIDI information I record 'bunch up' in one measure?
To correct this problem, open the file "orchplus.ini" in the Windows
directory, using an editor such as Notepad.
In the [OPTIONS] section add (or modify) the line:
UseMIDITimeStamps=0
