If you receive an error message saying that the spw font isn't installed, 
please do the following EXACTLY as written:

1. Go to Start > Find Files or Folders. 
   Then search for spw.ttf on your C: Drive.
   If you find any of those files installed, delete ALL of them. 

2. Shut Down (Start > Shut Down > Shut Down) your computer and wait at least
   5 seconds before re-starting it. 

3. Go to our website, www.voyetra.com. 
   - Click on Support > FTP Files Download Area > Digital Orchestrator. 
   - Download the file called spw.ttf. Save the spw.ttf file to a directory
     on your hard drive like 'My Documents.' Please remember what directory
     you are downloading the file to, so you can browse to that directory 
     during step 4.

4. Goto Start > Settings > Control Panel > Fonts. Click on File > Install 
   New Font. Then browse to the directory you downloaded the file in step 3. 
   Highlight the spw true type font and click on 'OK.'
         
5. Shut Down your computer once more, reboot it and run the application. 
   You should no longer receive the error message.
