Q:  I'm not able to import from my D drive a song. I'm hitting...import, 
    merge then drive selection then file selection then OK, and nothing 
    is happening. So, I put the song into windows media player and tried 
    to import from there and still no result. As you could possibly tell I am 
    brand new to this software. The file type reads... windows media file with
    2.88 MB. I appreciate your helping me with this problem.       


A:  It sounds like this file is a .wma file. You CANNOT open this in DoPro. 
    DoPro can only import .wav files. You would first need to convert it to 
    a wave file. We sell AudioSurgeon that is an Audio Editor and a File 
    Converter. AudiSurgeon will convert a .wma file to a wave file so you can
