Q:  I see that only PCM Wave data may be imported into Record Producer Deluxe
    using the File > Import/Merge feature. What is this? Unique to Voyetra? 



A:  PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) is a standard .wav file.  If you want to
    import into RPD (Record Producer Deluxe) other files such as .MP3s or 
    .WMAs, they need to be converted to a .wav file first using the "Advanced
    Audio Editor" within RPD. 

    Here's how:
    In RPD click on Window > Advanced Audio Editor. Within the Advanced Audio 
    Editor, click on File > Open and open your desired MP3, WMA or Wave file.
    If you want to import it into RPD, simply click on File > Export to 
    Record Producer.
