Tempo:
Current tempo in beats per minute (bpm) format.  You can select your tempo 
with an accuracy of up to two decimal places.

Displays the current time signature for the song.

Tempo Offset:
This is useful if you have multiple tempo changes throughout your song.  
It allows you to speed up or slow down all the tempo changes in your song.
For more precision you can also select the offset using up to two decimal 
places.
