All files and documentation are offered on an *AS IS* basis and you assume full responsibility for using them.
Upgrade - Qualifying products: 
The following products qualify for a discounted upgrade:

    * "Digital Orchestrator Pro" - Product ID starts with DOP3
    * "Record Producer Standard" - Product ID starts with RPS5
    * "USB Music Studio" - Product ID starts with RPM5U
    * "Record Producer MIDI" Dnld - Product ID starts with RPM5D

    You do NOT need to have the previous version installed. All our Downloads
    are available as stand-alone programs in order to avoid confusion and 
    possible conflicts that may occur by mixing older and newer files. The 
    'upgrade' simply refers to upgrade pricing.
