Standard vs. Deluxe - Do I really have Deluxe?
Q: I purchased the upgrade from DOPro to RP_DLX, however I think the
version you have given me is NOT the deluxe version:

    1. 'Create Audio Mixdown' in the Files menu is grayed out and the help
file confirms this to be a feature only available in the Deluxe
        version.

    2. When I click on Edit > Advanced Editor it does not launch.

A: Please go to the Help > About window and check the Registered Prod ID.
Both versions read: "Record Producer" but here is how to verify:
If it starts with RPD (the 3rd letter 'D') stands for Deluxe.
(The Standard version starts with RPS instead RPD)

To verify manually, please click on the "Window" tab. You will see
features such as the "Advanced Audio Editor" and CD burning, as well as
other features which are only included in the Deluxe version of Record
    Producer.

    1. The 'Create Audio Mixdown' in the Files menu will be always grayed out
UNLESS you Open a file that also contains "Digital Audio" such as a
.RPP file. MIDI tracks or files will not allow you use the 'Create
        Audio Mixdown' feature.

    2. Do not use the "Edit > Advanced Editor". Use instead:
        - Window > Advanced Audio Editor or
        - The third icon (next to Stopped) at the bottom of the program
          (waveform icon).

                             ------------------------------

    * Enter in your unique "Product ID" that you received in the confirmation
email after the purchase or on the CD sleeve if Boxed version
    * Click on 'Next' and then 'Finish'
