"Record Producer" (Standard) can only import a .wav file (not .wma or .mp3).
So what you'd need to do is to open that .wma file in some software that is
able to convert a .wma file to a .wav file. Then it needs to be saved as a
.wav file.
If you do not have any software that can convert a .wma file into a .wav file,
you might want to upgrade to "Record Producer" **Deluxe** because it offers
the "Advanced Audio Editor" which will let you open a .wma file and save it
as a .wav file so you can then import it into Record Producer.
