Our Web Site is fully functional. If you have trouble Downloading, please try
the following:
- Temporarily disable any Firewalls and any download accelerators or
popup/cookie blockers.
- Do not double-click. Right-click instead and select:
"Save Target As" to a known location on your local Hard Drive.
If you double-click and the file you are trying to Download is a large
manual in Adobe Acrobat format, it will try to open it "on the fly".
If your Internet Connection is Dial-Up (as opposed to Broadband) it may
*hang* forever.
- If you are using a slower Dial-Up connection (Modem), please try at a
different time when traffic is not as heavy.

Q: We paid for the program and AOL said that it would download and it showed
that it was downloading but we looked for it in the computer to use it
and nothing is in there, please advise.
A: Downloading and installing this program is the same as any other program.
You first download the installation file (a file with the .exe extension)
onto a known location of your hard drive. Then, once it's finished
downloading, you double-click on it and it will run the setup so the
software can get installed.
Usually Windows or AOL remembers where you last Downloaded a file and
they will suggest the same location on your hard drive. In any case,
we would not know exactly where your system stored a file; *YOU* are
the only person who would know this. People also use multiple hard
drives these days, which makes this task even more complicated.
If you saved the files in your 'My Documents' folder, just open the
'My Documents' folder. If you need help with this function of Windows,
please see Windows help as this is a function of the Operating System.
As a tip please try to Download another file just to see where on your
hard drive your system may suggest to store. You may also run a search
for files using the *exact* spelling of the file that you Downloaded.
