Downloadable Software - Duplicate On-line Orders of the same product
Typical reasons why some Customers might purchase multiple copies 
of the same Downloadable program:

    *  Downloading problems (Please remember: You do NOT buy the Download 
       which is free but the License to 'Unlock' the demo version) 
    *  Entered the wrong or incomplete email address in the Order Form
    *  Using filtering / blocking software for 'spam' that also blocks 
       'good' email as in this case (Confirmation Receipt) with valuable info
    *  Cannot find the location on their hard drive where they Saved the 
       Downloaded program
    *  Trouble 'UNLOCKING' a demo to the full version 
 
Our on-line store is optimized to eliminate these cases as much as possible:
If you place a SECOND order of the SAME product within 24 hours from your 
first Order using the SAME email address, the on-line store will alert you 
about this. 

However, it has no way of knowing that the first time you MIS-TYPED your 
email address. So, before you place a new Order and incur more unnecessary 
charges to both parties, please email sales@voyetra.com for assistance.  

As soon as you finish the Check Out process, you also receive this note:

    Dear Customer:
    Your Order is complete and your payment has been received. Unless you 
    need additional Licenses of the program, there is no need to purchase it
    again and incur additional charges on your account.  Please note that you
    purchase one Product ID / License to unlock a program from its Demo mode 
    to its full features in one system. 

    If you experience Downloading problems, you may Download the program 
    again, free of charge from the product page. Simply select 'Try It' 
    instead of 'Buy It' and Download the Demo version. Then, after installing
    it, from within the program: Help>Register you may unlock it with your 
    Product ID.
