Q:  Dance Ejay 2 will not install. As soon as I click on "Install" it 
    immediately says the installation is complete.  All I get is the grid...
    no samples, and can't do a thing with it except quit. Every time I put the
    disk into the cd-rom, it wants to install but does the same thing over and
    over again.
  
    I have Directx 9, Windows 98se, pentium 3 700, 512mb ram, 8gb free hard
    drive space, all sound and display drivers are current, 52x cd-rom.
 
    I followed the directions about removing techno ejay before installing
    dance ejay2. I have had techno ejay for a little over a year and it works
    just fine, so I'm completely baffled with dance ejay2 not working.
 
    Can I manually install it from windows explorer?  If so what files do I
    need to copy and where should I put them? Thanks!!!


A:  Please do the following:

    1. Un-install both Techno and Dance Ejay 2 using the Add/Remove feature 
       in the Windows Control Panel.

    2. Go to Start - > Find - > File or Folders. Do a search for on your 
       'C' driver for t_ejay.inf and d_ejay2.inf
       Once you find them, delete both of them.

    3. Reboot your computer and re-install Dance 2 and then Techno.
