Q:  I purchased your Downloadable program on line, but the file I downloaded 
    was a .pl file that only opened in Notepad. The file name ends in .exe, 
    but the file itself is a .pl file. How can I install this program?


A:  When you download the software from our Web Site, you must make sure 
    to turn off any download helper software because it will not download 
    correctly, as in this case.

    .pl is a file extension given to incomplete downloads when download 
    helper software is used.

    Please turn off your download helper software and download the software 
    again. This time you should have no problem whatsoever.
