MIDI - Combining multiple MIDI Tracks into one Track 
Where it shows the MIDI data (black boxes), right-click on track 2 and all of 
track 2 gets highlighted. Then move your cursor over the highlighted data. 
Your cursor will turn to a four way arrow. Just left-click on the data and 
drag it to track one. It will get merged with the data from track one. 
You can then do the same thing for track 3 and so forth...
