Insert Measures on Tracks 
Q:  Is there a method that can allow me to insert time (measures) on all
    tracks at once?


A:  You can do this in the Track Sheet.  Highlight the amount of measures (on 
    all tracks) you want to add.  Then you can drag and drop the music to the
    right. See the manual for more details.
