The purchase price for the Software grants you a License to use one copy 
of the Software on a single computer. You may make copies of the Software 
solely for archival purposes. Additional copies must be purchased for use 
in additional computers.

          Specifically for the "USB Music Studio Kit": 

The drivers for the USB cable (Hardware) can be installed on as many computers
as you wish. However, the "Record Producer MIDI" software included in the 
Retail package, can only be installed on one computer per license. If you wish
to install it on another computer, another license should be purchased.
