PBL files to MIDI - IMPORTANT! 
Q:  I have a lot of PBL files to convert for use in your new Music Write 
    programs. Do you have a program to do this?  


A:  There is no dedicated conversion program for this task, but this is what 
    you can do: From within 'Music Write Plus' you can save your .pbl files 
    as standard .mid files:
    -  Click on File > Save As 
    -  Change 'Save file as type' to MIDI.
    Then the .mid file can be used with any of our new Music Write series.

    MW Plus is not supported in new Systems running Win 2000, Win XP or later.
    If throughout the years you have invested a lot of valuable time creating
    PBL files that are important to you, you should do this BEFORE upgrading
    your system to XP or any other OS that is not supported by MW Plus. Once 
    you migrate to the new OS, it is too late to Save your PBL files as MIDI
    files, since you cannot install this program onto new platforms. 

    If you failed to this 'beforehand' the only other option would be to 
    re-install MW Plus in a different System that runs Win 95 or Win 98 
    and do the conversion from there. This process is not supported by our
    Support Staff.
