Time Signature - FAQ 
Time Signature Change:
Q:  Is there any way to do a meter change in the middle of a composition 
    (for example, 3/4 time to 4/4 time)?


A:  You can change the time signature anywhere in the song by clicking on 
    Display > Bar and entering a new time signature. It will stay in that new
    time signature until you enter in a new time signature again.

    You can change your key for the whole score by clicking on Display>Score.

Tempo - How to change:
    Changing the tempo via the tempo button does not change the time for the
    entire piece. It inserts a Tempo change at the cursor's current location.

    If you want to change the tempo for the entire piece, make sure
    your cursor is at the very beginning before inserting the tempo change.
