IMPORTANT!
When in Print Preview mode, many menu items (and also step entry) will not
work.  If all of a sudden nothing seems to be working, you're probably in 
Print Preview Mode.  Check for the little 100% 'Full Page' icon in the upper
right of the Score Editor screen.  If you see it, you're in it: Print Preview 
mode. Click on 'Print Preview' just to the left of the 100% 'Full Page' icon 
to get out of it.

Q:  I can only get Music Write to print or display in print preview odd 
    numbered lines. Where are the even numbered lines?

A:  In the Print Preview, it shows the bar numbers. It starts with Bar 1 and 
    you're probably seeing two bars on the first line. So you're seeing bar 1
    and bar 2 (however it won't print the number 2 over bar 2). Then the next
    line will show bar 3 and bar 4 but it will only display the bar number at
    the beginning on the line.
