Metronome - How to change the default instrument (sound) 
The metronome by default is set to chn10. The default instrument used 
for chn10 is a Conga sound.  If you want to change it to a Sidestick, 
this is how you do it:

Go into Options -> Metronome and change Pitch from 60 to 37.  
The Sidestick will be now the default sound for chn10.
