Fonts - Garbled (Mozart Font: 'mozart.ttf' not installed)
If you see what is pictured below in the Score Editor the program, then
the Mozart font (mozart.ttf) has not been installed or Registered properly.

The Mozart font is the font that the program uses to produce notation. You
will not receive an error message, but your notation symbols will not display
properly. This may happen if you have a large collection of fonts installed,
which in some systems may prevent the mozart font from installing correctly.
To correct this problem follow these steps:

First, make sure that you reboot your system so that the new font gets
Registered in your System.

1. Go to Start > Find > Files or Folders and search your C drive for
"mozart.ttf". If Windows finds any files of this name, delete all of them.
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Download the file 'mozr_ttf.zip' from our website and save it in a known
   location.
4. Extract the file using Winzip.
5. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel. Double-click on the "Fonts" icon.
6. Click on File > Install New Font and browse to the folder where you had
extracted the downloaded Mozart font. In the "List of fonts" window,
select "Mozart normal (True Type)" and click OK.
7. After the font has been installed, you can run the program and you will
see the correct notation and symbols in the Score Editor.
