Notes entered with the mouse are not heard 
Q:  "I can hear the notes when I enter them with the mouse, but when I play 
     my song back I don't hear anything."


A:  The reason that this happens most of the time is that the "Mouse Entry
    Velocity" somehow gets set to zero.  Velocity (how "hard" the note is 
    being hit) can be any value between 0 and 127, with 0 being the "softest"
    (inaudible) and 127 being the "hardest" (loudest).  

    To correct this, go to Options > Note Entry Options.  For "Mouse Entry
    Velocity", enter a value equal to or greater than 100.   
 

    NOTE: 
      This will not affect any scores written with the Mouse Entry Velocity
      set to zero. To correct the velocity of any scores created with the 
      Mouse Entry Velocity set to zero, go to Edit > Select Track. From the
      pop up menu, go to "Velocity" and change the value.  
      Repeat this step for each track.
