Most printing problems can be resolved by updating the printer drivers for
your system.  Visit your printer manufacturer's web site and follow the
instructions provided to download and install a new driver.

Q:  We recently bought your MusicWrite and are having fun writing our own
    music, BUT when we go to print the music staffs does not print.  Only the
    notes are printed.  Please tell us what to do to have the notes appear on
    the staff in the printed copy, as they show on the monitor. Thank you.   

A:  If it shows correctly on the computer screen, but just doesn't print
    correctly, this is an issue with your printer. You may just need to 
    adjust some printer settings or it may be necessary to see if there are
    updated drivers for your printer. Please contact your printer manufacturer
    as we are not able to assist with your printer.
