SOFTWARE PIRACY PROTECTION:
Some Voyetra Turtle Beach products include activation technology that
helps prevent unauthorized copying or illegal transfering of the software.
Activation is an interactive representation of the license agreement
between VTB and its valued customers. Activation protects the intellectual
property and innovation at the heart of the software industry. VTB is
committed to eliminating unauthorized use of its software in a manner
designed to have a minimal impact on licensed users.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING ACTIVATION?
When a customer installs a VTB software product that requires activation,
the license information is sent to VTB. Once the license is verified, the
product is activated (unlocked) and available for use. Activation does not
collect, transmit or use any personally identifiable information or hinder
licensed users' ability to use the software, provided it does not violate
the VTB product license agreement. *EULA*

If you receive the above error, it means that this Product ID has been
used to Activate Registration on different hard drive *Serial Volumes*
TOO MANY TIMES exceeding the maximum times allowed by Copyright Laws and
the EULA. It cannot be activated anymore *AT LEAST ON A NEW SYSTEM* but
it can still be activated on the old system.
At this point, it is illegal to further activate the software in any more
NEW systems, using the same License. If you wish to continue using it
*in a NEW system* a new License will be necessary. Please ask our Tech
Support staff if they can give you a discount for a new License based
on the old one. Make sure that you provide the old License and not the
60 string Code.
Please respect the Copyright, Licensing, Royalty laws and do not share
your unique Product ID / License. As per the EULA the purchase price for
the Software grants you a License ***non-exclusive, non-transferable***
to use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You should not
Register the Software on both your desktop and laptop. If you need
multiple copies, separate Licenses must be purchased. Again, please ask
our Tech Support staff if they can give you a discount for additional
Licenses.
MULTIPLE SYSTEMS AND NETWORK INSTALLATION:
Computers are very inexpensive nowadays and a lot of users have multiple
machines. You should not use the same License to Register and Activate
the software on both your Desktop and your Notebook computer. Likewise,
nowadays that big hard drives are so inexpensive, you should not Register
the program using multiple partitions on your Hard Drive. The number of
users of the Software installed on a Network Server must equal the number
of purchased licenses.
OWNERSHIP PROTECTION:
The Software is owned by VTB and is protected under the EULA and the
United States Copyright laws as well as International Treaty provisions.
You must treat the Software as you would any other Copyrighted material.
VTB retains title and ownership of the Software and reserves the right
to refuse Registrations that have violated this agreement.
