Notation - To Maestro or To Rec Prod DLX?
Q: I am a songwriter, composer and vocalist. I was considering purchasing the
composition program (MW Maestro), however, now I see that you have Record
Producer Deluxe. Can I assume that with this program, I won't need the
    composition software?

A: Please look at it this way: MW Maestro is 'dedicated' Notation software.
"Record Producer Deluxe" amongst other features, is mainly a Sequencing
program that combines MIDI & Audio Tracks, that also happens to give you
a basic print out of your work as a reference and it does it quite well.
However, you cannot customize you print out, add Lyrics, Chord Symbols,
    etc.

What specifically do you need to do? Are you looking to print out sheet
music and make custom notation? If so, then you should be looking at
MW Maestro that is geared for music notation.

If you just want to record MIDI and vocals and printing out custom
notation is not necessary, then "Record Producer Deluxe" would be fine.

We would suggest trying out the demo versions of both programs and see
which one meets your specific needs.
