Version Update:
Q: Is there a later version than 5.20.09?
A: 5.20.09 is the latest version.

Delete 'blank space':
Q: Is there a way to delete 'blank space' vertical columns of measures,
instead of individual tracks, measure by measure (using whole note
setting). For instance in a piece, the note events don't start until
measure 4, so there's a gap at the beginning, but to delete that gap,
one has to do many shift-tab operations and hope one is not missed (else
one track will be off by a measure, which happened to me because even
though nothing displayed in either Piano Roll or Score View, the
measure didn't delete perhaps because it had something hidden in it)

A: You can edit like this in the Song Editor.

Q: Stanzas - How many?
I have five stanzas that use the same melody line. How do you suggest
I indicate and position the five stanzas in relation to the music score?

A: There really isn't any way to do this. Maestro offers up to 4 lyric lines.

Looping:
Q: Is there a way to set a "sticky" start point for spacebar playback.
For instance, I'm editing in measure 5, but I want to test the edit
and start playing from measure 3 each space bar play trial.

A: You can set up loop points to have it loop a desired section.

                            ********************

Q: Is there a way to display more than 2 measures at a time in the Score
Editor (and Piano Roll)? I have a dual head monitor but cannot make
use of the width. When expanding/contracting the piano roll window,
the measure numbers do not adjust until you move the scroll bar, etc.

A: You can change the number of bars per line by clicking on Display>Score
but if you don't want it to print that same way, just change it back to
whatever you had it originally set to. You can display up to 60 bars per
    line.

Display more Piano Roll info:
Q: Is there a way to display more Piano Roll information than just one
horizontal slice from one track? My situation is that I have live
recorded MIDI type 0 from a Pipe Organ console and each manual/pedal-board
is on its own track (plus control/stops), so I have to keep changing
tracks to see all the data, and cannot see it simultaneously. It would
be nice to be able to launch multiple (independent track-choose-able)
    Piano Roll windows.

A: Sorry, there isn't any way to do this.

                            ********************

Q: Is there a way in Piano Roll keyboard to sound the note when
you right or left click on the left-hand keyboard representation?

A: Sorry, there isn't any way to do this.

                            ********************

Q: Is there a way to change the measure/bar/beat vertical line "grid"
spacing so that I can align on the piano roll in order to "synchronize"
the line grid with the actual ictus so then I can subdivide the beat
evenly (graphically) in order to more easily space the notes. Two features
in graphic design page layout tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, etc)
    come to mind:
        1) You can drag the x-y ruler origin to where you want to start
the relative alignment to start its reference point, and then
        2) You can choose the spacing/granularity of the displayed grid
            lines.
Having these features would be perfect. (Having the origin/reference
adjustable is needed because of course human metronomic accuracy will
    wander)

A: Sorry, there isn't any way to do this. That feature is typically designed
for graphics software and might only be available in much higher end
    notation software (Finale, Sibelius, etc.)

Q: Is there a way to insert and delete (a la Adobe premiere/ Macromedia
Director, etc.) rolling edits in the Piano Roll Editor such that one
can delete/insert an entire vertical slice of time and the remainder
of the events to the right push out or in (all together).

A: You can insert or delete measures in the Song Editor.

                            ********************

Q: I can be editing in the Piano Roll Editor (trimming using the
NSEW+duration tool) and in addition to matching the edit I just made,
it will add an additional (different) pitch in the score editor (and
subsequently playback that same additional note, yet it doesn't show in
the Piano Roll Editor) I then delete this newly appearing note in the
Score Editor and it's back to normal.

A: The NSEW tool is a move tool, not a trimming tool. Using the duration
tool to lengthen or shorten a note, it displays the appropriate duration
in the notation view without adding any new note there in the notation
    view.

                            ********************

Stretch Time:
Q: Is there a way (in Piano Roll mode) to slightly stretch time, as in
accelerate or decelerate? For instance several notes are rushed: if I
were in Vegas Video, I'd go into stretch mode and expand the selected
portion ever so slightly and correct the rushing, and the remainder to
the right on the timeline would shift accordingly (rolling edit).

A: There isn't any way to stretch time. Comparing notation software to Vegas
video is kind of like comparing apples and oranges.

                            ********************

Error: 'MW32.EXE - Application Error'
Q: One of my files has been corrupted in some way. I've reached measure
317 and anytime I try to input any new music onto the Score Editor,
I get the above error message.

A: It sounds like you've reached the maximum workspace for a song.
Try deleting some data/tracks, etc. and save it as a new file name.

                            ********************

Q: Are there keyboard shortcut commands to switch editing tools (for instance
if you're in Draw, and want to go to Erase, "E" would be pressed, as in
    Photoshop)

A: Sorry, this isn't Photoshop ($649)
