Lines - second, third - how to enter 
Q:  I can't figure out how to get the second line, third line etc. 

A:  You will only see a few measures at a time. In order to continue entering
    music, just scroll to the right and you will see new empty measures on 
    which to enter your music. Just continue entering your music to the right
    and once you go into Print Preview mode, you will then see it layed out 
    in traditional sheet music format.
