MIDI - Newbie Issue 3 - Driver? 
Q:  I just installed your program on my computer and it will not work. 
    It tells me that I should install the MIDI device.

      -  Did you include the MIDI driver?
      -  Do I have to go buy it?
      -  Please help me get going.


A:  A MIDI driver (that enables you to play and listen to MIDI files or 
    communicate with your external Keyboard) belongs to the Sound Card and not
    to the Software that you just bought. You must have that driver installed
    from your Sound Card installation. We cannot provide any Drivers for 
    other manufacturers' Sound Cards only for our own Turtle Beach cards.

    You would need to address the issue with your computer or your sound card 
    manufacturer.


    NOTE: Some of the built-on Sound Chips just do NOT have a Driver to 
          handle MIDI In or MIDI Out. They were manufactured as to give 
          a basic sound like "You've got mail" and that's it. No MIDI 
          capability. In these cases, the only solution would be to buy 
          a real Sound Card from Turtle Beach or from your favorite
          manufacturer.
